Stronger Because We’ve Been There | Strength Training for Women by Real Women
Real Women. Real Stories. Real Strength.
At Total Body Metamorphosis (TBM), we’re redefining what strength training for women means.
We’re not your average gym — because we’re not your average trainers.
We’re real women who’ve faced life’s toughest challenges and come out stronger — physically, mentally, and emotionally. When you train with us, you’re surrounded by women who get it. We know what it’s like to feel out of shape, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin.
That’s why our approach to strength training for women is built on empathy, expertise, and encouragement. Every session is personalized to meet you where you are — and take you where you want to go.
Alicia Bolin - Owner/Head Trainer: Resilience in Motion

“So I'm going to be very vulnerable and transparent right now…”
Those words from our founder, Alicia Bolin, capture the heart of TBM.
Her journey began at just ten years old, when she was diagnosed with childhood leukemia. Years of treatment at St. Jude Children’s Hospital left lasting effects, but also gave her a deep appreciation for movement and health. By age 14, she was cured — but her adult years came with new challenges.
Alicia faced another major setback when a Taekwondo black belt test ended in a severe neck and back injury, leaving her with permanent tremors in her head, hands, and feet.
“All my shaky brothers and sisters out there — give me a shout out if you struggle with the same thing.”
Rather than letting it stop her, Alicia used her experiences to inspire others. She became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Women’s Specialist, Nutrition Coach, and 4th-degree black belt.
Her mission? To help women discover the physical and emotional empowerment that comes from strength training for women — not as a fitness trend, but as a lifestyle of resilience and confidence.
Why Our Gym Is Different: Built for Women, by Women
At TBM, every trainer brings her own story — stories of motherhood, careers, setbacks, and comebacks. Together, we’ve built a community where strength training for women means more than lifting weights. It means lifting each other up.
Lauren Reinhardt – Lead Trainer

Lauren rediscovered herself through strength training for women after years of putting her family and career first.
“You can’t pour from an empty cup.”
Those words changed everything. Once she made her health a priority, she found more energy, confidence, and joy than she’d had in years. Now she helps women in their 30s, 40s, and beyond find the same spark.
Kathy Ziegler – Personal Trainer

Kathy’s transformation started with a decision to break unhealthy habits. After having three kids, she felt uncomfortable in her body and knew something had to change.
Weightlifting at home became her therapy, and her passion for strength training for women grew as she saw real results. Today, as a certified trainer and holistic health coach, she helps clients balance fitness and nutrition for long-term wellness.
Mandy Jay – Personal Trainer

For Mandy, strength training for women isn’t just about muscle — it’s about mindset.
“When I picked up a barbell, I stopped chasing a number on the scale and started chasing strength.”
Her experience shows that true fitness isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress. She helps women of all ages find joy in movement and confidence in strength.
The Power of Strength Training for Women
Why is strength training for women so important?
Because women deserve fitness programs designed for them — not scaled-down versions of men’s workouts.
Strength training for women:
Builds lean muscle and boosts metabolism
Improves bone density and supports healthy aging
Enhances mobility and flexibility
Reduces the risk of injury
Balances hormonal health
Increases mental strength and confidence
And unlike high-impact programs, our sessions focus on safe, sustainable progress — helping you feel better, move better, and live better.
Personalized Training, Real Results
Our approach to strength training for women goes far beyond the gym floor.
Each new client begins with a $50 consultation, which includes:
Full-body muscle evaluation
Gait and posture analysis
Medical history review
Goal setting
Nutrition guidance
From there, we create a custom plan that fits you — your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. Every step of the way, our trainers guide you with expert insight and genuine care.
Small Groups, Big Support
Forget crowded boot camps and intimidating gyms. At TBM, you’ll train in semi-private sessions with only five women per class — including your trainer. This intimate setting allows for personalized feedback, accountability, and connection.
Because when women come together for strength training, something powerful happens: confidence grows, friendships form, and goals become reality.
More Than Fitness — It’s Transformation
At Total Body Metamorphosis, strength training for women is more than a workout. It’s a movement — one that empowers women to take charge of their health, rebuild self-esteem, and rediscover what their bodies can do.
We believe in progress over perfection, in showing up even when it’s hard, and in celebrating every small victory along the way.
