Our small group fitness classes are designed to help women feel strong, supported, and motivated. With a maximum of 8 participants per class, you’ll get the perfect mix of personal attention and group accountability. Workouts focus on strength training and low-impact HIIT, so you’ll build muscle, burn calories, and improve endurance—all in just 45 minutes.

Our group fitness program offers the best of both worlds—structured workouts with individualized adjustments. Unlike personal training, where every session is one-on-one, or semi-private training, where you share with 2–4 others, group fitness brings together up to 8 women in one session.
This creates a fun, motivating environment while still keeping the group small enough for your trainer to tailor exercises to your level and goals. It’s also one of the most affordable training options, with class packs starting at $150 for 8 sessions or $200 for 12 sessions (to be used within 30 days). That makes group fitness an excellent choice for women who want professional coaching, accountability, and flexibility during the week—without the higher cost of private training.

The initial consultation ($50) includes a full-body muscle evaluation, gait and posture analysis, medical history review, goal setting, and a detailed review of findings. We also provide nutrition guidance to complement your fitness plan and set a strong foundation for your transformation.
